By accessing or using this Site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and to any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Site. All such additional posted guidelines, restrictions, or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions. 24HrsPrint.com and Interworking Usa Inc.. reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. This Site contains graphics, photographs, images, document layouts, artwork, text, software tools, and other information (referred to herein as "Content"). This Site and all Content are the copyrighted property of 24HrsPrint.com and Interworking Usa Inc., and/or its subsidiaries (referred to herein as "24HrsPrint.com and Interworking Usa Inc.. ") or the copyrighted property of parties from whom 24HrsPrint.com and Interworking Usa Inc. has licensed such property. All rights in this Site and its Content are reserved worldwide. 24HrsPrint.com and Interworking Usa Inc. reserves the right to add to, delete from, or modify any part of Content at any time without prior notice.

Our advertised prices do not include TAX and Shipping. Price may change from time to time, please visit our website to see real time price and confirm it before you order.

Shipping and Payments
Payments are made in advance.
24HrsPrint.com and Interworking Usa Inc. does not mean that you will receive the job in 24 hours. 24 hours is the Turnaround Printing in selected products. The Turnaround time is measured in Working Days, starting from the day that artwork is proofed and payment is cleared. The turnaround time is a general time guideline and is not guaranteed unless 24HrsPrint.com and Interworking Usa Inc. confirms it with you in writing. We do not print on Saturday and Sundays. Orders submited on weekends or hollidays will be processed on the next business day. For example: if you send a print job on Saturday or Sunday, 24HrsPrint.com will start printing your job on Monday and the turnaround will start that day. For multiple items order, the turnaround time will be the same as the item which has the longest turnaround time. Shipment delivered outside of the United States may be subject to several days delay of turnaround time and delivery. We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date. We shall accept no liability for shortages, non-deliveries, incorrect goods and goods damaged on delivery outside the reported timescales. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented notification within the reported timescale. The extenuating circumstances must be by mutual agreement. Any claim must be brought to us in written (or fax to (305)899-6123) within 10 days in the case of loss.

Refund/ Order cancellation
Every effort will be made to deliver the correct quantity ordered. However some variation is inherent in the print process and it is understood and accepted as reasonable that minor variations are immaterial and that 24HrsPrint.com and Interworking Usa Inc. shall have no liability in respect of such variations. For defective products, we will at our discretion replace, repair free of charge, give discount or refund the price of defective products. In the case your product does not arrive to your address we will star a investigation with the shipping company to verify the situation and find out the possible cause of missing package. If you want to cancel an order, 24HrsPrint.com and Interworking Usa Inc. will only accept cancelations if the printing proccess did not start. Once we send it to print will not cancel any order previously posted.

Limitations On Liability
24HrsPrint.com and Interworking Usa Inc. will have no liability:
- for defective products and/or services where the defect has been caused or contributed to by you or where is has been caused or contributed to by any Free Issue Materials and/or masters provided by you and/or arising from any drawing, design, typo errors, misspelling mistakes or specification supplied by you.
- to you if the price for the products and/or the services has not been paid in full by the due date for payment.
- you may report the problems of the defective products within 5 working days from the day you received the products.
- to you for defective products and/or services, products not shipped or products damaged or lost in transit unless the event is notified to us within the appropriate time limit (5 working days).
- for damage, loss, liability, claims, costs or expenses caused or contributed to by your continued use of defective products and/or services after a defect has become apparent or suspected or should reasonably have become apparent to you.
- you will give us a reasonable opportunity to remedy any matter for which we are liable before you incur any costs and/or expenses in remedying the matter yourself. If you do not do so we shall have no liability to you.
- If we have included any items in products supplied which are incorrect and/or we have failed to include any items in products supplied which should have been included then we shall have no liability for such error except to rectify the error and reimburse you for the cost of returning the defective products to us for us to rectify the error.
We will have no liability to you for any:
- Consequential losses;
- Loss of profits and/or damage to goodwill;
- Economic and/or other similar losses;
- Special damages and indirect losses; and/or
- business interruption, loss of business, contracts, opportunity and/or production.

Artwork change
The artwork you send to us when you place the order is considered to be the final version, any changes to be made after this are not acceptable unless 24HrsPrint.com and Interworking Usa Inc. and Interworking Usa Inc. acknowledge and confirmed the changes. Any acknowledged and confirmed changes are subject to incremental billing, beyond the initially agreed upon amount.

Concerning Color Reproduction
Gang-Run printing refers to the specialization in supplying customers with affordable full color printing. Utilizing this method "Gang-Running", we combine your job with others having similar specs. This method allows the initial production costs and setup to be spread out over several jobs reducing the prices for each print job.

Gang Run Printing Limitations
With this affordable full color printing the accuracy of color reproduction is not guaranteed. By placing and order with 24HrsPrint.com and Interworking Usa Inc. you agree to this limitation. We accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece. Under no circumstances will a reprint be honored for color variations that have occurred during the printing process. We will show you an online proof of your job shortly after receiving it in our production department, but actual time will vary depending on our current workload. No job will be sent to press without your approval, so please reply as quickly as possible. Please take note that an on-line proof is by no means an accurate color reproduction of your final printed piece but is a final opportunity for you to check the layout, bleeds, crops and final text. If you determine that you need to submit new files after we have shown you an online proof, you can do so by replying to the email we sent to you with your proofs. You will be instructed on how to re-send your files.
